There are 3 available, distinct villa models to select from:
- Single level with 208 square meters of living area
- Single level with 258 square meters of living area
- 2 levels with 254 square meters of living area
In order to maintain the exterior architectural theme throughout the project, no revision to the outside, basic design concept will be allowed.
However, you will have complete freedom to create your interior layout and décor, to select your own finishing materials, sanitary wares and kitchen appliances.
A furnished, single level model house has been completed and is now available for sale at 15,000,000 Baht, should you wish to take immediate possession.
2 other lots have been sold and the construction on the villas is presently being completed.

You are offered the option to either select your own contractor to build your house, or to retain the developer’s contractor.
For budget purposes, it has been estimated that the total cost of land and house, including interior and exterior finishing and landscaping will amount to approximately 12,000,000 Baht (conversion)
depending on the chosen land size and villa model.
The above price covers the cost of a villa constructed with high quality materials. The final price will vary, depending on your choices of materials and finishes.
